What This Is — And Isn't

This Is ✓ Permitted
  • Internal estimate completeness review
  • Scope gap identification against field photos
  • Documentation readiness checklist
  • Line-cited QA observations for your PM or estimator
  • Clarifying questions to resolve field ambiguities
  • A tool your team uses before finalizing your own scope
This Isn't ✗ Not Offered
  • Public adjusting or claims advocacy
  • Coverage or policy interpretation
  • Supplement writing or submission
  • Carrier contact or negotiation
  • Representation of any insured or claimant
  • Settlement advice or approval strategy
Hard boundary, plain English: We do not contact any third party (carrier, TPA, or adjuster). We do not write or submit supplements on your behalf. We do not interpret your policy. We do not represent your insured. What we send you is an internal work product — a QA memo for your own use. You control all decisions about what to do next.

Common Questions

We don't need insured names, addresses, claim/policy IDs, or adjuster information to do scope QA. Redacted-only intake is a hard policy — it protects your client, keeps our work clearly internal, and removes any question about what we are doing with the information. If a submission includes PII, we'll ask you to resend.
You'll receive your gap report within 24 hours of a complete submission during business days (Mon–Fri). If your submission is missing a required input — scope, estimate, or photo index — the clock starts when we have all three. We'll confirm receipt and flag anything incomplete right away.
No. Scope Intelligence Ops is built for independent restoration contractors and small-to-mid firms who write their own estimates. If you have a field crew writing scopes and an estimator building line items, this fits. You don't need a dedicated documentation team — that's the point.
No. We are not public adjusters, we are not licensed adjusters of any kind, and we do not contact insurance carriers, third-party administrators, or adjusters on your behalf. We do not represent insureds or claimants. Our work product is an internal QA memo for your use only. We provide observations about estimate documentation quality — nothing more.
After the pilot, reports are $197 per job or $497 for a 3-job bundle (save ~$94). There are no subscriptions and no commitments. You buy reports when you need them. If the pilot report isn't useful to you, you pay nothing — we're not interested in locking in clients who don't find value in the output.
